Making a purchase could not be easier. When you have finished shopping you simply click on Checkout and you will be asked for your name, address and payment details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards via PayPal. Payment is authorised on receipt of order.
Please ensure that your Full Postal Address and telephone number is placed on your order, failure to do so, may delay your order.
Stock Availability
You can be confident that we will be able to fulfil your order instantly because we only advertise available stock on our website, in the event of high take off of stock which results in temporary shortages you will be given the option of your order going on back order or a refund.
Returns & Guarantee
All goods are sold subject to manufacturer's warranty. Any items found to be faulty, on arrival will be replaced or credited , provided they are returned in mint condition, have not been sold as used, and returned within 7 days of despatch, postage will not be refunded on returned items and a further p&p charge will be made for exchanged items. In addition a handling charge of 10% will be applied to exhanged items, and returned non faulty items for crediting or refund. Normal statutory rights apply.

Non Delivery
In the event of non delivery any claims for non delivery will not be entertained when 20 days has lapsed following the day of despatch.
General conditions
All items are quality checked before despatch and when recieved the customer must satisfy themselves that the item box is not damaged before opening the box, in the event of a damage claim these will only be meet if the item box has not been opened and that not more than 5 days has lapsed from the date of despatch. In the case of items where skill is required (most radio controlled items) it is reliant on the customer to read the instructions before use.
